Superficial Fibular Nerve

The superficial fibular nerve is a branch of the common fibular nerve.

Function

It innervates the fibularis longus and the fibularis brevis in the lateral leg. It supplies the skin over the lower anterolateral leg and the dorsum of the foot (except for the webspace between the 1st and 2nd digit supplied by the deep fibular nerve, and the lateral side of the little toe, supplied by the sural branch of the tibial nerve).
